Section 71
(1)
Subject to any relevant modification, the directors of an IBC may meet at such times, in such manner and at such places, within or outside Brunei Darussalam as the directors may determine to be necessary or desirable.
(2)
A director shall be regarded as present at a meeting of directors if –

(a)
he participates by telephone, video-conferencing or other electronic means; and
(b)
all the directors participating in the meeting are able to hear each other.
