Section 35
(1)
Where any IBC makes any allotment of its shares, the company shall, within one month thereafter, lodge with the Registrar a return of the allotment in the prescribed form stating –
(a)
the number of shares comprised in the allotment and the amount paid for such shares;
(b)
the date of the allotment;
(c)
the amount (if any) deemed to be paid, or due and payable, on the allotment of each share;
(d)
where the capital of the company is divided into shares of different classes, the class of shares to which each share in the allotment belongs.
(2)
If default is made in complying with this section, a penalty of US$50 shall be payable by the IBC.
