Section 147B
(a)
an IBC may be incorporated as a DCC;
(b)
an existing IBC may be re-constituted as a DCC.
(2)
Notwithstanding that a DCC may have created one or more cells pursuant to the provisions of this Part –
(a)
a DCC is a single legal person; and
(b)
the creation by a DCC of a cell does not create, in respect of that cell, a legal person separate from the DCC.
(3)
The provisions of this Part shall, in relation to this Order and unless the context requires, apply in relation to a DCC.
