Section 147A
(2)
Where any provision of this Part is inconsistent with any other provision of this
Order, the former shall prevail:
Provided that –
(a)
where any doubt or dispute arises in relation to any administrative or procedural matter, it may be submitted to, and resolved at the discretion of, the Registrar; and
(b)
where any doubt or dispute arises in relation to any substantive or legal issue arising under or in relation to this Part in relation to this Order, where the Registrar is unable or unwilling to resolve the issue any member, director or registered agent of a DCC, or the Registrar, may apply to the Court for relief; and the Court may make such declaration or order and on such terms as it consider appropriate.
