Neither the Authority nor any of the following –

of International Banking Order, 2000

(a)

any member of the Authority;

(b)

any person nominated, approved or authorised by the Authority under subsection 19(2);

(c)

a person appointed under section 23(2)(d) or (e), shall be liable, in damages or otherwise, as a result or anything done bona fide in the exercise of any power or the performance of any function or duty conferred or imposed by or under this

Order.
