There shall be recoverable as a civil debt due to the Authority from the institution concerned –

(a)
the amount of any fee payable under this Order;
(b)
any remuneration and expenses payable to any person nominated or approved under section 29(1)(b); and
(c)
any remuneration and expenses payable to any person appointed under section 23(2)(d) or (e).
