Section 58
In the case of a contagious or infectious Occurrence disease occurring in any place of detention it shall d᪽s:!᪽᪽tious be lawful to remove any of the detained persons from such place of detention to any other place and such removal may be made in pursuance of an order under the hand of the Superintendent.
