Section 14
(1)
The Minister may, after consultation with the Board, give such general directions not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act as to the policy to be followed by the Institute in the performance of its functions under this Act as appear to the Minister to be necessary and the Institute shall, as soon as practicable, give effect to any such direction.
(2)
The Board shall give the Minister such information with regard to the exercise of its powers and functions in such manner and at such times as the Minister may reasonably require.
