Section 84
His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan may by order make such provision as appears to him to be necessary or expedient –
(a)
for giving effect to the objects and purposes of this Order; and
(b)
for the purpose of bringing any other written law into accord with this
Order.
