Section 43

Any order made under subsection (2) of section 41 or subsection (5) of section 42 for the grant of a licence shall, without prejudice to any other method of enforcement, have effect as if it were a deed, executed by the owner of the industrial design and all other necessary parties, granting a licence in accordance with the order.

Revocation on ground of public order or morality.
