Section 4
(1)
There shall be a Registrar of Industrial Designs who shall have the chief control of the Registry of Industrial Designs.

(2)
There shall be one or more Deputy Registrars of Industrial Designs who shall, subject to the control of the Registrar, have all the powers and functions of the Registrar under this Order, other than the powers of the Registrar under section 5.
(3)
There shall be one or more Assistant Registrars of Industrial Designs.
(4)
The Registrar and all the other officers under this section shall be appointed by
His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan.
