Section 7
(1)
The Board, with the approval of the Minister, shall appoint a public officer to be the Registrar of the Board.
(2)
The Registrar shall be under the general direction of the Board and shall record all entries required to be entered in the register of licensed housing developers and sign all approvals or rejections as directed by the
Board.
