Disqualification of members
of Housing Developers (Control and Licensing) Act

Section 4
No person shall be appointed or shall continue to hold office as a member of the Board if —
(a)
he is of unsound mind;
(b)
he becomes bankrupt;
(c)
he is convicted of any offence involving fraud or dishonesty;
(d)
in the case of member appointed under section 3(1)(f), he is absent, without leave of the Chairman, from three consecutive meetings of the Board.
