Section 34
(1)
The Director or an authorised officer who proposes to exercise powers under this Part in relation to a searchable place may require the relevant person in relation to the place to provide reasonable assistance to the
Director or the authorised officer in relation to the exercise of those powers.
(2)
Any relevant person who refuses or fails, without reasonable excuse, to comply with subsection (1) is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or both.
