Appointment of Authority

Section 3
(1)
The Minister may, with the approval of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan, appoint a person or body of persons as the Authority responsible to administer, maintain and operate any free trade zone which has been declared under section 4.
(2)
The Minister may, in writing, delegate to an authorised person any of his powers or duties under this Act, except the powers under section 36.
