Section 34
(1)
When any person is convicted of a forest offence, all forest produce which is not the property of the Government and in respect of which such offence has been committed, and all tools, boats, conveyances and cattle used in the commission of such offence, shall be liable by order of the convicting court, to confiscation.
(2)
Such confiscation may be in addition to any other penalty prescribed for such offence.
(3)
Any order made under this section shall be subject to the provisions of Chapter XXXVII of the Criminal Procedure Code (Chapter 7)
so far as such provisions are applicable.
