Section 31
If a breach of any of the provisions of this Act or of any rule made thereunder is committed —
(a)
after sunset and before sunrise;
(b)
after preparation for resistance to the execution of any law or any legal process; or
(c)
after a previous conviction for a like offence, the convicting court may inflict double the penalty prescribed for such offence.
