Section 22M
(1)
The Minister may establish a fund to be known as the Forest
Development Fund.
(2)
The Fund shall be administered by the Forest Development
Fund Committee consisting of the following members —
(a)
the Minister, who shall be the Chairman;
(b)
the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Finance or his representative;
(c)
the Director; and

(d)
the Director of Environment, Parks and Recreation.
(3)
The Forest Development Fund Committee shall be responsible for the due conservation of the Fund.
