Section 22G
(1)
Any movable property brought upon the land covered by a use permit may be removed by the owner thereof during the term of the use permit.
(2)
However if any movable property remains on such land for more than 90 days after the expiry or revocation of the use permit, the Director may dispose of the property in such manner as he considers fit, and may recover from the owner thereof or the holder of the use permit such expenses as are incurred by him in disposing of such property.
