Section 11

A fish inspector may enter a fish processing establishment at any appropriate time to inspect the premises, equipment, operation, storage, materials, processed fish, records or to take samples for analysis, or any other relevant purpose to ensure that any requirements of, or any conditions imposed under, these Regulations have been complied with.
