Section 8
(1)
Any condition determined by the Director under section 7(1)
shall be attached to the licence.
(2)
Where he is satisfied that it is necessary or expedient for the proper management of fisheries to do so, the Director may vary the conditions of a licence, but due notice of such intended variation shall be given to the licensee who shall, if he so desires, have the right to be heard within such period as the Director may allow.
(3)
A certificate by the Director stating that any condition in a licence was imposed or any variation thereof was made for the proper management of fisheries shall be conclusive proof thereof in any legal proceedings.
