Section 49

Where it has been proved to the court that any vessel, vehicle, aircraft, article or thing seized under this Act is the subject matter of or has been used in the commission of an offence against this Act, the court may order the forfeiture of that vessel, vehicle, aircraft, article or thing, notwithstanding that no person may have been found guilty of an offence.
