Limitation of liability
(1)
No action shall be brought against any enforcement officer in respect of any act or thing done or omitted to be done by him or by any of

them in good faith and in the exercise, performance or purported exercise or performance, of any powers or duties under this Act.
(2)
No action shall lie against any enforcement officer for any damage caused to any vessel (including its equipment, furniture, stores, cargo and fishing appliances), vehicle, aircraft, article or thing seized under this Act, unless there is evidence of negligence or malice.
(3)
No person shall be entitled to any compensation for any expense incurred or damage occasioned by anything done or omitted to be done as mentioned in subsection (1), unless such damage was occasioned by negligence or malice and without reasonable cause.
