Orders of court with respect to cancellation of licence
(1)
Where any person has been convicted of any offence against this
Act, the court before which he is convicted may, in addition to any other penalty that may be imposed, order that any licence issued under this Act in relation to which the offence has been committed be cancelled.
(2)
Where a licensee has been convicted of a second or subsequent offence under this Act, the court before which he is convicted may, in addition to any other penalty that may be imposed, order that such person be disqualified from holding a licence under this Act for a period not exceeding 5 years, and such person is guilty of an offence if he obtains or attempts to obtain any licence under this Act while he is so disqualified.
