Section 3
(1)
His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan may appoint a
Director of Fisheries and a Deputy Director of Fisheries for the purpose of carrying this Act into effect.

(2)
The Director shall be responsible for the general supervision of all matters to which this Act relates.
(3)
The Director may delegate the exercise of any power or the performance of any duty conferred or imposed on him by this Act to the
Deputy Director of Fisheries or to such other person as he may think fit.
(4)
The power of delegation under subsection (3) shall only be exercised by the Director personally.
