Marine culture system

Section 14
(1)
Any person who, in Brunei Darussalam waters —
(a)
operates or allows to be operated, any marine culture system without a licence;
(b)
constructs or establishes any marine culture system without a written approval from the Director prior to the issue of such a licence; or
(c)
contravenes the conditions of any such licence or written approval, is guilty of an offence.
(2)
Written approval pursuant to subsection (1)(b) shall be subject to such conditions as the Director may impose.
(3)
The Director shall refuse to grant an application for a licence under subsection (1)(a) if, in his opinion, the system would be likely to cause any obstruction to navigation or impediment to the natural flow of water within Brunei Darussalam waters.
