EXPLANATORY NOTE.
A number of laws of England, Malaya, Sarawak and Singapore have been applied to the State and the object of this Enactment is to enable the Legal Adviser with the approval of the Sultan to publish such laws with consequential amendments in the Brunei Gazette and thereby make them available to the public.
