Section 2
If it has been or shall be provided by any Enactment Application.
that-any law shall with such formal alterations and amend-ments as may be necessary to make the same applicable within the State have effect within the State in the same manner as if it had been expressly enacted by the Sultan in Council the provisions of this Enactment shall apply.
