Functions of Controller

Section 5
(1)
The Controller of Customs and Excise shall be responsible for the general administration of this Act and shall be subject to any general or special direction of the Minister.
(2)
Subject to the general direction and supervision of the Controller, a senior officer of customs shall have and exercise all powers conferred on the Controller by or under this Act.
