Section 39
In the case of the death or bankruptcy of any licensee the licensing authority may by indorsement on the licence authorise any other person to exercise the right conferred by the licence until the expiration of the term for which it was originally granted, or for any shorter period, and subject to all the conditions originally imposed by such licence and to such further conditions as the licensing authority may deem fit to impose.
