Section 14
(1)
The Controller may from time to time grant li-cences for the warehousing of locally manufactured goods liable to duty in places to be specified in such licences.
(2)
Such licence shall be issued at the discretion of the Controller and shall be for such period and subject to such special conditions as he may see fit.
(3)
There shall be charged for such licence an annual fee to be determined by His Majesty in Council annually in each case.
