Section 6
{1) Every person in Brunei by whom or to whose order {whether directly or indirectly) any gold or any spe-cified currency in the form of notes is held in Brunei but who is not entitled to sell it or procure its sale shall notify the
Controller in writing that he so holds that gold or currency.
(2)
The Controller may direct any person in Brunei by whom or to whose order (whether directly or indireetly)
any gold or any specified currency in the form of notes is 11
Baileesof gold and foreign cur-rency

Traveller's cheques, etc.
Exchange Control held in Brunei, whether or not he is entitled to sell it or procure its sale, to cause that gold or currency to be kept at all times in the custody or such banker as may be specified in the direction.
