Section 7
It shall be the duty of every person in Brunei Darussalam —
(a)
to take, so far as is reasonably practicable, such measures to ensure the protection and management of the environment and the prevention, reduction, or control of any potential hazard that may cause pollution or damage to the environment; and
(b)
to comply with the requirements of this Act and any regulations made thereunder.
