Section 5
(1)
The Authority may, with the approval of the Minister, delegate the exercise of all or any of the duties imposed and the powers conferred on him by this Act to such person as the Authority may think fit, subject to such conditions as the Authority may specify.
(2)
The power of delegation under subsection (1) shall only be exercised by the Authority personally.
