Section 22
(1)
Where the Authority becomes aware of any environmental incident or is of the opinion that a potential environmental incident is likely to occur, he may direct to investigate the circumstances.
(2)
The Authority may direct the owner or occupier of premises or a person who appears to be carrying out the activities or having control over the carrying out of such activities in which an environmental incident occurs to take all reasonable measures to prevent further pollution or damage to the environment.
