Section 22
(1)
No employment agency shall advertise unless the advertisement contains-
{a} the licence number; and 2690
fbJ correct information relating to the vacancies, the qualifications thereof and the term and conditions of employment.
(2)
Any employment agency shall furnish a copy of the advertisement to the Commissioner.
(3)
Any employment agency in breach of subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a nne not exceeding $2,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or both.
