Section 9
(1)
A person who has not attained the age of 16 years shall not be capable of entering into a contract of service.
(2)
Notwithstanding anything contained in any other written law, a person who has attained the age of 16 years but who has not attained the age of 18 years shall be capable of entering into a contract of service in an occupation approved by the Commissioner as not being injurious to the moral and physical development of youths.
