Section 27
Any employer who —
(a)
fails to comply with any order or requirement made by the
Commissioner in pursuance of the provisions of this Part; or
(b)
enters into a contract of service contrary to any provision of this Part, is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $3,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or both.
