Section 142

Nothing in this Act shall operate to prevent any employer or employee from enforcing his civil rights and remedies for any breach or non-performance of a contract of service by any proceedings in court in any case in which proceedings are not instituted or, if instituted, are not proceeded with to judgment, under this Act.
