Sharing of installation, plant or system

Section 30
(1)
The Authority may direct any electricity licensee to co-ordinate and cooperate, in such manner and on such terms as the Authority may specify, with any other person, in the use or sharing of any installation, plant or system, or part thereof, used for supply of electricity.

Any person who fails to comply with any direction under subsection (1) is guilty of an offence.
