Section 29

The Authority may require an electricity licensee to prepare and file with the Authority such emergency plans in accordance with, and as may be specified in its licence.

The Authority may, with, the approval of the Minister, direct an electricity licensee to implement an emergency plan prepared by that licensee on one or more occasions and with such modifications as the

Minister may consider necessary.
