Section 16

Notwithstanding the grant of any electricity licence, the Authority shall not be liable in any circumstance for any loss, damage or cost sustained by any person as a result of any default, negligence. breach or other wrongful act or omission of any electricity licensee or any agent or employee of the electricity licensee.
