Compliance with codes of practice

Section 15
(1)
Every electricity licensee shall comply with the codes of practice and other standards of performance issued or approved under section 13 and directions given under section 14.
(2)
No licensee shall allow electricity to be generated. transmitted or supplied otherwise than in accordance with any applicable code of practice or other standards of performance specified in the conditions of its electricity licence, the regulations or any direction given by the Authority or any a regulations made under this Act.
