Any registered manager or registered teacher who refuses or fails to comply with any direction or requirement of

Education (Non-Government Schools)

the Director under section 32 shall be guilty of an offence:

Penalty, a fine of $4,000 and imprisonment for one year.

Restriction on prosecution.
