Section 33

With the approval of His Majesty in Council the Minister may strike off the Register any school if he is satisfied that any direction or requirement made under this Part is not being complied with in such school after the expiration of a notice in writing calling upon the management of such school to take within such time, not less than 14 days, such measures as may be specified therein to comply with such requirements or directions.
