Section 92
The Registrar General may strike off a governor from the register —
(a)
on the ground specified in section 89(a);
(b)
if it appears to the Registrar General that he is a person who ought not, in the interests of Brunei Darussalam, the public or any person, to remain as a governor; or
(c)
if he has obtained his registration in consequence of a mistake or due to any false or misleading statement furnished in or in connection with his application for registration.
Governors struck off register to be notified.
