Section 75
(1)
Subject to the other provisions of this Act, every educational institution shall be registered under this Act.
(2)
An application for registration under subsection (1) shall be made to the Registrar General in the prescribed manner.
(3)
The Registrar General may impose such conditions as he considers necessary when registering an educational institution under subsection (1).
