Section 60
(1)
An application for the establishment of a private educational institution shall be made to the Registrar General.
(2)
The Registrar General shall —
(a)
consider the application; and
(b)
make recommendations to the Minister with respect to the approval or otherwise of the application and any conditions that may be considered necessary.
(3)
Subject to subsection (2), the Minister may —
(a)
refuse the application;
(b)
approve the application with or without any conditions; or
(c)
at any time, withdraw an approval made under paragraph (b)
with reasonable cause.
