Section 37
(1)
Every higher educational institution shall be managed in strict accordance with its instrument of government.

(2)
The approved instrument of government of a higher educational institution established under section 35 or 56 or of a branch or associate institution established under section 39 shall not be changed or amended without obtaining prior approval of the Registrar General.
