Section 132

Any person who is guilty of an offence against this Act for which no penalty is expressly provided shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or both.

Any person who is guilty of an offence against this Act shall be liable on conviction, in the case of a continuing offence, in addition to any other penalty to which he is liable under this Act in respect of that offence, to a fine not exceeding $500 per day for each day the offence continues.
